Warming Spices for tired muscles and blood circulation


Balinese Boreh Spice is a mix of warming spices that has been used for generations to heal and warm tired muscles. For natural healing start with a massage before applying a generous amount of Boreh Spice paste throughout the body, allow to penetrate the skin for 15 minutes. Not recommended for sunburnt or sensitive skin, pregnant or nursing women


Blend Boreh Spice powder with water to make a paste.  Apply onto skin (especially areas of muscles, feet and joints).  Leave on for 15 minutes and shower off with warm water.
